Renowned chef and restaurateur Michael Mina brings his legendary style and innovative culinary concepts to PABU. As owner of Mina Group, Mina has forged a reputation for creating unique, upscale restaurants throughout the country. In his latest venture, Mina partners with friend and fellow chef Ken Tominaga to bring authentic Japanese cuisine to Baltimore’s vibrant Harbor East neighborhood. “PABU as a Japanese Izakaya is one-of-its kind in Baltimore,” says Mina. Following the acclaimed openings of Bourbon Steak at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC and Wit & Wisdom, A Modern American Tavern, also in Baltimore, PABU is Mina’s third restaurant collaboration with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “We have enjoyed a great relationship with Four Seasons,” Mina says of the restaurant collaboration. “What better venue to launch our first PABU than with a world class partner in an unbelievable location along the historic Baltimore waterfront.”
